Goldbeck's Horror Film Blog for Class

This is a blog I will be using for FIST 418: History and Theory of the Horror Film, as taught by Amy Ongiri at Lawrence University. 

I'm still working on my website design so it's rough right now. I'm currently in my living room in Evanston, IL and I'm trying to reconcile the fact that the weather is getting much nicer but I still can't go outside as much as I'd like to. 

I've been watching a lot of movies in quarantine and horror movies are especially ideal and comforting in this uncertain time. The new Invisible Man movie was great. This whole quarantine thing has been weird because I'm ideally suited to never leaving the house because I'm already a home-body, but I need to remember to be sensitive to my friends who are not used to not doing a ton of things all the time, which I'm realizing is like all of my friends. 

I love taking Amy's classes and, similar to Angel, wanted to take one more before leaving forever.
